Wifes first kill with the 12.5" 6.8 spc ar-15. This one was hit with a 120 hornady sst moving at around a mild 2450 fps. Shot was 120 yards, hog ran about 15 yards and piled up. Three little piglets met their demise after momma bit the dust. We snuck up to the feeder and seen the hogs had already been there, about ten minutes earlier, as their was no corn left. We drove the mule to feeder and filled it up, then set the feeder off to check it. Looked up and saw this hog on a b-line towards us but she was down wind. She stopped at 120 yards and turned broadsided and my wife let her fly. She handed me the rifle and seconds later several small piglets ran across the field at 45 yards and i hit three with 5 rounds. Fun and exciting morning. Would of slaughtered them if the babysitter would of showed up on time!

My wife and i both have yankee hill titanium .30 suppressors Doc. That barrel also shoots the federal xm6.8 90 grain gold dots into good little 1" clusters. I just bought a boat load of it from palmetto state for 12.99 a box, cheap for factory loaded 6.8 spc.
