That buck on the front right is mature and going to a good buck. But I am putting my faith all on Plan B grin

Vamos a ver, amigo. We will see. Plan B disappeared on 11/28... Two weeks after I grazed him.

Buck on right was a brute of an 8 last year. He's older than Methesulah and wonder if he is on the decline this year. Here's how he looked last year post rut

Have faith in him....he is a protein chow hound. Those bucks in wet years like this can really grow out very well. Judging by his post rut condition I would say he was not all that active in the rut and more into the RedSnake All You Can Eat Buffet. If you believe what Bill Carter says about his bucks doing their best at 8-9-10 yrs old then time will tell with him. My guess is he will be better judging how far ahead of the other bucks he is so far at this time of the year. deer2

And if you don't like him grin I have a place on my wall that he will just fit into perfectly cheers

Yeh. He loves sucking on those gravity tubes. Can't get enough of the protein and roasted soy.

He's already sprouting a G3 on his left that he didn't have last year. Maybe he'll jump to be a nice clean 10 but I'm not sure he's gonna get there on the right.

Yep boss buck. Love it. Has held up well. 5 years old and it's still like new. There is a spin adapter that you can switch out with the gravity.

Yeah, I saw the adapter for them, I was more concerned about longevity in the Texas sun, can be pretty tough on plastics and polymers. Have any problems with it sweating? only complaint I have heard about them so far, most love the heck out of it.

Dennis -- No problems at all. Zero. No sweating. No cracking. No moisture. Never has clogged with protein. Easy to fill even without a ladder. Plastic is diff from the black plastic of traditional spin feeders. This plastic is hard. I mean hard. But feeder is very light weight.

They make a nice looking box blind too but haven't bought one as they are $$$.

Get bigger than a 250#. I've got 350#. You'll be glad you did. I've got 5 on three properties.

Good luck

Red

Redsnake, thanks for the info and tips, I was looking at both those models actually, I don't have a lot of deer here, but don't want to fill it every week either.
