I was looking up some 7mm SAUM data this morning and while looking from one manual to another when opening the newest Nosler book the picture in the intro caught my eye. So in true ADD mode I then started reading the introduction as I was at the Nosler plant last summer on a tour. The mention of Nosler Manual Number One then prompted me to go see if mine was the First one or the 2nd printing that came out later.
Here is where I was reading.

I checked mine and it is the first one as it only has 234 pages.

I was looking thru it and noticed something I had never noticed before... It had data for the 6mm/250 which is a cartridge I had considered before going 6mm Creedmoor. Of course in 1978 when I bought the manual it was for much more mundane rounds like .270 Win and my Hot-rod 25-06 Ruger No1

Yup, in the same boat here. I have a first edition Speer manual and a few others that date back farther than I care to remember.

I'm just glad to discover that I'm not the only person in Texas with a 7mm SAUM.

Had one once, made its way around my circle of gun guys for a few years, don't know who has it now. Fast bullet, but sure know if when you pulled the trigger.
