I would not sell day hunts, but 3-4 day hunt packages. If you have a place to house them, will feed them, and guide them then you will have to get more. If you just take them to a blind and let them shoot what they like then you can get a bit less. I would put both bucks at 140+ to maybe low 150's on the top one. If they are both still around this year then they will be really great bucks. If you are providing guide, food and lodging then I would charge $3500-$3750 per hunt. If you let the hunter do his own food and lodging then $2500-3000.
Are idiots multiplying faster than normal people?

Ill offer $100.00 With todays market BowsnRods is probably pretty close. May be a little high but it shouldnt be hard to find someone out of dallas or okc that will have no problem paying that.

You guys think folks would pay that high for a chance at these type of bucks? Or that much if the actually get the buck? We have a lot more nice bucks out here also, I have personally taken some over 140 B&C

Thats generally around a $1750-2000 hunt i did one last year in Kansas for deer of the same caliber with the occasional 170-180 that could be seen and that was the price.

You guys think folks would pay that high for a chance at these type of bucks? Or that much if the actually get the buck? We have a lot more nice bucks out here also, I have personally taken some over 140 B&C You can't have it both ways. Depending on your accommodations and food, a 4/5 day hunt would go for as low as $1000 to $1500 with no lodging/food to $2500 to $3500 for nice lodging/food and a chance at getting a 170. Going to have a hard time selling the hunts unless you have trail came pics and harvest pics of the same animal. Lots of recent pics of true 180 would also help sell the hunts. However, if a group a guys come up to hunt and pay that amount and don't see anything big, they may not be happy. Hunts sell in Kansas/Ill/Iowa/Wisconsin/etc because there is a legitimate change at multiple hunters seeing/harvesting a 180 or better with no trophy fee (low fence hunting here, not high). Average price for low fence no trophy fee in Kansas with good lodging is around $3500 right now if that helps you with setting your price.

We currently do not have lodging other than a few 1 man campers with a cooker. No running water, elec ect.. If things looked promising I would ante up and have some decent lodging set up. I also would not want to to place expectations to high. Most of the nice bucks we see are probably in the 120-140 range with the 140-160s being seen mainly during the rut. The 160+ bucks do come around, but on rare occasions. We would include hogs and varmints at no extra charge as well as allow mature does to be taken. The ranch is 500 acres so I wouldn't want to do more than 2 maybe 3 people max. I would have both bow and rifle stands set up and feeders full at all times. We will also have a website to post trail cam photos and photos of animals taken. I think this would allow someone to have an affordable hunt with a good chance at a really nice buck. Thoughts? I love to hear opinions

Good Luck to you my friend, be very honest and straight forward on what caliber deer they have a chance to harvest, I have a package price on typical 8pt framed deer and then price other than your 8pt frame deer as you see them. do not score the deer during negotiations unless you are very good, this could cause problems when the tape is brought out after the deer is harvested. I am a firm believer and testimonial to treat hunters fair and you will always have business. The Texas Hunting Forum is the best place to get your word out! I dont mix hunting groups, whether its one hunter or a couple its best they know each other. I always have room to change stands if need be and still not crowd other hunters in your group.
