This is a picture of my all time favorite Aunt. She was also my Dad's favorite sister. During WW II while my Dad was a paratrooper in the 11th Airborne fighting in the Philippines, my aunt was working in the factory building these bad boys.

Great pic! Thanks for sharing! My grandfather was a Col. in the Air Force (Col. Harry Blitch) and was also stationed in the Philippines. He and his best friend escorted MacArthur's and his plane off the islands, as the Japanese took over, previous to the Bataan March. Hats off to the greatest generation!
PS - Mike, if you want me to, I can restore that picture for you...and take the creases out. Just send me a high resolution digital copy of it, if you have a scanner handy.

I assume that was GP, My grandmother Worked in the GP plant building the same plane.
