At 200 yards I got three holes touching and then one oddball flyer to mess things up. Bipod in front and a bag in the rear. Left it at a four shot group because I like to leave 1 or 2 bullets in the box before opening another.

For comparison here is my target from the last trip to the range. It had a flyer also, but for sure that one was my fault; I felt my grip change slightly just as I squeezed the trigger:

Very good shooting! up

What's the rifle and scope? Were you prone or on a bench?

Thanks. There is so much to learn; and I'd shoot every day if I could afford it. I'm working my way up to taking your class. Do you book year round or only during certain months?

All year. Weekday or weekend.

No need to work up to it. You could come never having fired a rifle before. I've taught children to hit everything to 800 yards.

Nice shooting. And good choice on the setup. But let me tell you, you'll go crazy chasing perfection and it will never be good enough. Keep at it and go take Jason's class. That way you will know what to work on after words and it will make everything fall into place. cheers

Pretty dang good at 200yrds with a 15 mile an hour Full value wind. That's a pretty good factory load too.

Thanks. Fortunately it stayed steady long enough to get a few consecutive shots.

I've seen him post good results of his students over the years. One day I plan on making it up there.

Is the flyer your last shot?

Seems to me a mental thing. You start to see how good the group is then things get squirrelly.

Let somebody else that can shoot, shoot it. I think you're making yourself crazy. I've done that for a few folks and once they see me make one ragged hole they start doing it too.
