One of my favorites, made with squash, peppers and tomato from the garden.

Looks good.

Quail hunting is like walking into, and out of a beautiful painting all day long. Gene Hill

Thanks. Try it Skinner, hot olive oil and start with red onion and garlic until light brown, then add squash, then tomato right at the end. I threw a serrano in there too.

When the shrimp and grits are ready, add two fried eggs over medium to the top of the dish. Cut in together and I promise it will be the best food on earth.

I like to cook up some bacon an then cook a little onion and the shrimp in the bacon grease. Hard to beat shrimp and grits.

My wife brought in this recipe yesterday for shrimp and grits in slow cooker. We cooked up a batch just adding Lee and Perrins, jalapeños, and liquid smoke to taste.

It was so easy and good that I am hurting. I give this one a thumbs up.
