What record book or method would your advertised ram make #1 World Record.

I will say by pics your ram you shot my man is bigger ram than the one alive, indeed both are studs and at great price, just curious as well if it really be record book tho..

One way to settle it. If a person claims an animal is new number one. First ask in what record book. Then ask if it is not then you get your money back.

I wonder if you have to be a world class professional hunter to take on this sheep? Surely not just any ole Joe attempt this hunt can they? Is it possible to take this animal in such a short time? I was thinking that it would at least be a two week hunt......

Hey i bet there be a lot of ppl down with the idea if he's not a world record get your money back hunt.

I think the original a poster probably got carried away stating that "He will be new number 1."

If you look past that comment...and if you wanted a large Texas Dall...the animal and the $2200 price are probably fair market.

I was just informed of galls comments on this post. So everyone knows, he was harvested 2 days ago. He is not officially a new number 1 yet, for the fact that he has not passed his 60 day drying time. The one pictured as compared to mine is quite a bit bigger, but,one must remember the record book has weapons categories. One aspect everyone seems to overlook. I have quite a few number 1s over the years. I appreciate yalls comments and concerns. If I post that is a new number 1, and it isnt, Id be happy to have the harvest for free.

congratulation Ryan to both guide and hunters. Judging by the photos ya shared on FB it looks like it was an amazing trip.

It would probably help your sale if you would state which record book you plan on entering the animals in. What method of hunting that would put that animal in the number one position and all the other animals you have that will also be number ones. Pictures of these other number ones would probably help also. No need to thank me I am always here to help.

I think each individual ranch should have its own world record book, that way more people can have the number 1 cause im tired of being number 2!
