Just in case Tim is too humble to post a little birdie told me he won a couple of "Best in Show" awards at the Lone Star Knife Expo held at Dallas Market Hall this weekend.

Congrats Tim. Way to go!

Congratulations and well done. I just sent him some materials for a knife a couple of weeks ago.

Knowing Tim and the work he does I am not surprised. Good work as always up

I'm dying to see the mammoth tooth that he picked up so I can place my next order.

Actually Tim won two; one for best tac and one for best fix blade. Jason Fry also won for his Dagger best in Show.

Here's a couple of pics of the Best Fixed Blade winner: CPM 154 for the Blade with Stainless Double Bolsters forge hammered in house and dovetailed. Stabilized Wooly Mammoth Tooth Handles. Detailed Filework from Bolster to Bolster (takes a little planning there!)
