Pronounced pokey. Start with 1 lb fresh ahi (benefit of living out here straight off the boat @ $5 lb), cubed into bite size pieces. In a bowl combine green onion, white onion, 1 tsp sesame oil, dash of sesame seeds and shoyu (soy sauce). Hand mix in the cubed ahi amd allow to chill for 30 min. It's a killa traditional Hawaiian dish.
