 After Market head lights for Dodge ran

The headlights on my truck have never seemed to be very bright. I think I am going to get some of the after market headlights that are brighter. With me getting older, my eyes are not working as good at night and I need all the help I can get.
I am looking for brightness, and ease of installation.
Let me know your experiences and thoughts please.

Use Silver Star bulbs, they're brighter and they fit.

Use Silver Star bulbs, they're brighter and they fit. Exactly what I thought. Then I paged down.
Never been to a camping world. I prefer Dick's to be honest.

Use Silver Star bulbs, they're brighter and they fit. Buy multiple they don't last long.
