Anyone know of a nice stainless BDL bottom metal? I'm going to have nice 700 BDL that I think a stainless would give that finished look with the wood stock and stainless barrel and bolt.

You'll have a couple of choices, the Aluminum with a SS looking finish like the one mentioned above. If you are looking for a true SS machined floor plate, Pacific Tool & Gauge and Stocky's Stocks along with a couple of others have those. A true stainless one will run a couple of hundred bucks.

x2 on Pacific Tool and Gauge. I have used their aluminum and steel bottom metals for Remington 700s. They are much nicer than the factory bottom metal. I prefer the aluminum.

Yea, figured a real nice one might be pricey. I may wait on that for a while. Ever see anything done in cerekote as a stainless finish?
