My apologies if this has already been posted. However, grilling season is definitely here...

I'm pretty well satisfied with my frozen quarter pounders, over the grill, with a slice of American cheese. I'm pretty much set in my ways except I add a great big slice of home grown tomatoes when my tomatoes are in. I generally eat mine with a store bought hash brown patty cooked in hot oil, and then I use to oil to brown my buns.

Bill, try a big chunk of Bell Pepper on top of that burger while it's grilling, or a Poblano if you have one.

My wife has found an excellent burger recipe. She starts by sauteing onions, chopped dill pickles and chopped bacon into bits. She then mixes worchestershire sauce in with the hamburger and makes patties. She then puts heaping amounts of the onion, pickle and bacon mixture on top of each patty and bakes them at 350.
