Check the lease and guide section. Also many people on the customer side are kind of tight lipped about that stuff. The more demand the higher the prices so it kind of takes away a lot of incentive for people to be very helpful unless they are the ones selling. Good luck...honestly should not be that hard to find something. I'd suggest looking into day rates vs season leases. Leases can be really hit and miss plus you can have areas that are barrel burners for a the first few days of the season and then suck for the other 55 days of your lease. A day hunt is can also give you the flexibility to go to multiple places and really "find" the birds later on.
Last suggestion get as far away from Houston when you hunt as you can stand. The closer you get the more crowded you'll find properties.
