I was on the West side for two years. NO DEER> I cannot explain it. No one stayed on lease long.... The pasture on the East side of the highway (across the highway) was apparently much better.... I know men that were on it long term....

When I looked at it... maybe 6 or 7 or 8 years ago, I thought it was perfect as I drove around.

No deer. Not even many does. Maybe it has all changed by now.. but makes you wonder why it is for lease. When I was on it the lease manager was a very nice veterinarian in the Mid-Cities area. Great guy. No deer.

I leased it, I spoke with the 3 guys that had it for 4 years, they had good things to say about it. they are now leasing a high fenced ranch closer to home. They bow hunted only and were very selective of what they shot. the ranch manager is a retired game warden, very nice guy..
