No offense intended, but many of the prices you have posted are quite a bit higher than those normally found in the market.

No offense taken. Do these prices you speak of include lodging, food, drinks, etc?

No offense taken. Do these prices you speak of include lodging, food, drinks, etc? Yes, many of them do. Patrick, good luck and best wishes in your venture. If I may, allow me to make a suggestion. Many folks shop by price. Since outfitter's price must take into account many factors, each specific and unique to each ranch/operation - it sometimes becomes hard to compare apples to apples. It sounds like you daily lodging/meal rate is about $500/night. That maybe a bit high, but we don't know what kind of accommodations. Maybe it is luxury accommodations, with all sorts of amenities, and includes bottles of fine wine. A bottle or two of $150/bottle wine, and the rate becomes a bargain. Two nights lodging is $1000 and take that off the animal prices and it becomes more in line with the rest of the industry. My suggestion is to break out animal prices from the lodging and list them separately. And detail with pictures of the accommodations or provide link to website. That way, I believe you'll get folks to spend a little more time looking - because when the first thing they see is $3400 for an axis - you lose them right away (plenty places offer 35"+ axis from $1700-$2400). Moreover, there are folks that would stay a weekend (or longer) and take more than one animal. If your lodging costs are built-in to your animal prices, the someone like myself ends up paying for that $500/night lodging with each animal - and it becomes REALLY expensive. And if I bring my GF, who (hopefully) would stay in the same room - is another $500/night justified? Add that to her daily rate and it really gets expensive - LOL!!! Just a few respectful suggestions....

I appreciate your input. I have checked out some of the other ranches, and the prices for H5 Trophy Ranches falls right into place. I can see how a few might get scared off thinking it's $3400 for an Axis when you can go get an Axis for a lot less, elsewhere. But that price does include two nights of lodging with all of the amenities included. And, actually, right now there is a summer special going that put's that same hung at $3,000. Maybe I need to word my portion of it better. I apologize for the confusion.
