Lease is located just North of Archer City. When full the lease has 14 people on 3200 acres. Price is $2500 per gun and runs from FEB 1 2015 to FEB 1 2016. Lease has no power or water. Year round access. 1 spot left.

I am neither a broker or the land owner. My son and I were looking for a good place to hunt and we found it but the rancher would only lease it all or none. We chose to take it on and find some other like minded hunters. We have it laid out with individual areas, a 130 B/C minimum and other common sense rules.

Is this place off Geraldine Rd.? 130+ for trophy and less for a cull? Thats a fairly high BC with that being an AR county. There are a lot of 100+ that meet ARs that need to be removed in that area.
