Possible lease opening for the right person in Haskel Texas,west of 277, 340 acres. We have 3 people on the lease but 1 has moved to Wyoming. He is still on the lease 2015/2016 but we used to have 4 on the lease so if he wants to stay on it will be alright. It's not a trophy lease at all, I hunted 3 times last year and didn't see any deer even they were on the game cams. The other 2 guy got 2 does last year 2015 and 2 bucks the year before 2014. Plenty of hogs and dove which is what I like. Turkey are there in the spring but not in the fall. We have 4 feeders and blinds running all year and belong to everyone. There is a 3 bedroom house on the property with everything,A/c, Hot water, tv(only videos), fridge. All members have to pay 20 dollars a night to stay there. If only one person is there it cost 20 dollars. if 4 stay there it 80 dollars, you get the picture. I will not respond to any to any further questions on this site but might respond to phone numbers if your interested. Cost is 1000 year 2015/2016 but will go down to 750.00 if you can respect the farmer property and take care of the house. We like to have fun(drinks)after hunting but no drunk hunting allowed.
