 Lost lease, owner sold property

Well I check the mail today and I got a letter from the landowner that he sold his property and he was returning my deposit. With that being said, I am looking for a small lease for my boys (ages 10 and 12) to have a place to go deer hunting. I'm not looking for anything fancy, just a place I can go with my boys and pass on the tradition of hunting. We are responsible hunters. Thanks!
