I hunt over a feeder and I have a trap. My experience so far is worse because they have food and water right there and don't have to move as far.

In wet years The population goes up. We havent been able to hunt the wheat since feb either being to wet or too high. Alot of farmers did not get the corn planted, and those that dod the fields are not huntable. Making little pigs is what yhey are doing.

The hogs have disappeared from my place. I think they drowned before I could shoot them. Bummer.

We are seeing more hogs than ever. They seem to have been pushed out of lowlying areas and up onto my place.

Presently, I have more hogs than normal (for this time of year). The river (not far from us) is up and has pushed hogs closer to us.
