Okay... so is there a difference between "Red Deer" and "Red Stag"?

So, we have two things in the pictures.. a few red deer and one actual Sika?

I think the last one has to be a Sika as the horns are totally different than a red deer, I think.

Sika and Red Deer can have very similar looking antlers. Not all of the Red Deer Stags in Texas look like New Zealand Red Deer, many have antlers that look more like European or South American Red Deer.
