Anybody ever shoot them. I was looking at the ballistics chart and these bullets in 165 gr. have more velocity, energy, and they shoot flatter them my normal 180 gr bullets. Just wonder if anybody had any experience with them?

I'm not a fan of copper bullets on deer sized game

What caliber are you shooting?

300 win mag!? So I'm guessing these are a no no for elk!? It just seems like they would work well considering they outperform all other bullets in every category..

No for elk they are fine

Problem I saw on deer sized game was unless you hit bone they would just zip in and out

Half the time I couldn't tell if they were hit or not

Rule of thumb if you want to shoot copper is drop down two bullet weights compared to lead

Second rule of thumb for copper: aim at bone.

I hate copper bullets for deer. I guide at a ranch and have had numerous deer shot with Barnes bullets and they typically make a small hole going in and out. We have eventually found every deer but hardly ever a blood trail.

Do you guys feel the same way about the Hornady GMX bullets as you do about all copper bullets (Barnes or Remington)? Just curious.

The GMX is the same animal as barnes as well as the nosler e-tip. I was unaware that Remington had one.
