I just picked up my 6.5 Creedmoor that I had done by Derrick at Horizon Firearms. I talked with Derrick several times while having this gun built, often changing my mind on things and adding more to it. He was always willing to help and easy to get ahold of. I would highly recommend him if you are looking for a custom gun. I am planning on having him build me a .257 wby next.

Before calling Derrick I shopped around and noticed that he's average or even below average price on his rifles and gunsmith work, thats what I really liked about him. I can't wait to get a scope mounted on this gun and shoot it.

Thanks again Derrick!

Great looking rig! No surprise as Derrick builds nothing but the best. Need to add one to the collection and get one of my existing 700s worked on.

Love that fluting on the bolt and the barrel-that's the style I would choose. Congrats on the new gun!

Is that the recommended length of barrel for that caliber?
