 on an archery hunt down at OSBWMA was doing a spot & stalk hunt in area been see hogs.. Heard squreling to my left so headed twards it... In front of me bout 40yrds in tall grass two hogs running right ta left... Lead hog limping, rear left leg... Figured some one slung an arrow.. 2nd hog stopped & turned & slowly eased back in direction they came.. So worked my way twards it... It took few steps lift head & snap its teeth, few steps snap its teeth... Easing closer for a 20 yard shot, then noticed something white in its mouth, its tusks, the adrenaline kicking in... Keep my arrow quiver seperate from bow due to shoulder problems had left it back in truck, so only one arrow... The hog was anly 120# at best, & not as big of tusks, yet very noticable, dubbed it big-tooth , realizing the squeeling heard was not of hog getting shot by another hunter, but rather the two fighting.... The hog turned quartering twards me lowering head then lifting popping its jaws... eased closer, not able ta draw 70# bow cause of ackward way i draw due ta shoulders... Finaly hog turned & gave me a slight quartering away shot, drew as standing up pin just behind shoulder flung arrow... 20yrds was bending alluminom arrows at targets, tight groups...  was actualy closer than realized, dont know if arrow hit tall grass or what, but in slow motion could see the arrow went just over hogs back... Hog squeeled, took off running, found arrow, took apart cleened mud off, could still hear hog squelen headed twards switch cain... Did best ta track it down ta get another shot till dark-thirty... Even though went home empty handed, one of the most exciting hunts been on....  on a nice hog....
