I've been back and forth on this road on my lease a thousand times in the past ten years or so. Day, night, in the truck or on foot. Pretty straight run from camp to the east side. Heck, on occasion I even drive it with no headlights under a faint moon. Last week, after yet another overnight storm washes through Stephens County, I'm walking out and discover this:

I can't wait to see what gets washed up on my place if I still got one. I'm afraid the once dry creek banks may eroding away. I may be needing some dirt work soon.
