That does look good. Easy and no mess to clean up. Thanks for sharing it.

I'm the same way. I watch the burgers on the food network. That's too much burger for me. I like a quarter pounder with cheese, and I like to be able to eat it like a sandwich.

At exactly 5:15 on the youtube timer it is all over. That doesn't need a bun. That is a meal all by itself.

I will let you know how it works out next weekend.

Too much trouble and doesn't look that appealing to me.

I was all set to do these yesterday ... Then the bottom fell out yet again and I wasn't going to try to fire up my pit under an umbrella with company coming over. so I settled for using the gas grill (blasphemy!!!) on the back covered patio, so I just did normal hand formed patties out of hamburger, breakfast sausage, hot breakfast sausage, hot Italian sausage along with stuffed/wrapped jalapenos. All came out good, but not as good if it had been over charcoal and wood.

That looks awesome! You can tell they ain't from 'round here cause there is no way you could cook those without jalapenos in them. I will be giving it a try though.
