While I am not a fan of raising puppies, the only way I know to get the dogs that hunt like I want them to, is to breed them. Jill, a four year old female and my best dog began spotting on Saturday. In 11-13 days, I will breed her to Luke a yearling male that I traded for out of Montana. For the last 25 years, I have been studying pedigrees on these crazy potlickers and have come up with a recipe that produces dogs with great conformations, cold noses and tremendous drive. You will see three or four different dogs in their three generation pedigree many times. I hate to put Jill on the shelf as she raises a litter of pups but a few of my buddies and myself need to restock. Adios, Gary

Yes, heavy linebreeding in a family of hounds/dogs you really like is the way to go. No bigger grin on a man's face than going out and bringing feed to a bunch of 2-3 month old pups........fun times ahead.
Uprisings started or quelled, tornadoes rerouted, elections rigged.
