I bought a Steiner 3-15x50. I like it so far. I have it mounted on a Browning A-Bolt 308 that will be a suppressor host. I have sighted the rifle in and have shot out to 500 yards and the reticle is true out to that range. The glass is very clear and bright. I need to test the scope more but I am happy at this point.

ran both, glass is comparable, edge to the Steiner for the lit reticle. Both are very good, with the Steiner having a tad better glass but they are close.

How did you like the scr reticle? Would either have an edge for the occasional night hunt using a spot light? Illuminated is worthless with a spot light

I recently purchased the Bushy and I'm really happy with it. The reticle is awesome for both hunting and long range. Light weight compared to other mil/mil FFP scopes. Glass is outstanding.

The SCR reticle might be a bit fine if hunting is your priority. The LRHS is a damned good scope and it's hard for me to admit to liking anything from Bushnell :]

Just make sure if you go the route of the Stiener make sure and do a box test.

the Stieners that I had in the past stayed in the dirty old Ranch truck and took a ton of abuse and are still great. They can take a beating.

I have 2 years of use on a Steiner Military 1-5, 3 gun, hunting, etc.. zero issues and it is my favorite 1-X of all time.
