Yesterday I took delivery of 120,000+ pieces of 308 Win brass! This brass is once-fired WCC (Winchester Cartridge Corp) brass, cleaned, roll sized, primer crimp removed, trimmed, chamfered and cleaned again. This brass was processed on a custom brass sizing machine to my specifications by my brass supplier. The headspace is consistent to within +/- .001". I am redeveloping my "bulk match" line of 308 Win ammo. This brass will be used in all my 308 Win "bulk" and "bulk match" ammo. New pricing and availability to come! 4- 55 gallon drums, plus multiple boxes. Total weight= 3040 lbs of perfect 308 Win brass! Ready to load!

That is a lot of brass. How does roll sizing work? How does it work on a tapered and or bottle neck case?

That is a lot of brass. How does roll sizing work? How does it work on a tapered and or bottle neck case? The roll sizer gets lower on the case body than a standard die will. This allows sizing right up to the extractor cut at the bottom of the case. It also puts less stress on the brass case during sizing. If the brass was fired out of an M240 (machine gun with a larger chamber), you want to make sure the case is fully sized to chamber in any "match" (i.e. tight) 308 chambers. My 308 on my Surgeon rifle has a tight chamber, and this brass fits in it perfect. Some other factory brass fits snug and closes tight on the bolt, which I don't like. This brass was used because you can purchase it at a good price. And the method on how it was processed makes it even better. I plan to develop some great 308 loads using this brass, and keep the pricing right!!

yikes!! Can you let us know where you get that? Do they sell in in smaller quantities? They only do large quantity orders. The 308 was a special run. They normally do other calibers.
