Anyone have any experience with these scopes? I just need to know if this reticle is precise enough for shooting at the longer ranges. CM-R2 reticle
It's a Mil scope, will need to go to JG's for training

I like the 1-6 VX6 good scope Just need to decide if that model is the right one for you. Jason is a dial it in guy and these aren't setup for that.
I don' really like this reticle frankly. I would be looking at options that have a mil dot reticle and decide if you want to run an elevation turret or capped and use the reticle.
What are you going to be using the scope for? What rifle and caliber?

Thanks ccoker,
its going on a 14.5" AR .223. I'm trying to keep it as light as I can, as this will be in my vehicle all the time, in case I'm caught in another cartoon attack and a pistol wont get it done.
I want the 1X for close and need the 6X for out to 300 +/- and bench shooting.
I may go away from the "Multigun" to the #4 FireDot and have the BDC turret made for it and dial elevation. Staying around $1000. The Vortex Gen II is heavy as are most others. Z-6, is too much Dinero for this project. My rifle will not be done till July, so, I'm trying to learn as much as I can about the short to medium range optics.
I doubt my 63 year old overweight bod will be doing any serious 3-gunning.
I do wear progressive bifocals and the Firedot will blur if I don't adjust the eyepiece. But I can turn it off for any "precision" LR shots.
Pricing is about the same everywhere on these, so I may drive to SWFA where I can look at and compare several brands.

I have the leupold 1x6 mutigun scope. I like the scope but wish it had a different reticle. I haven't shot it at distance. My friend has one on his 3 gun rifle but he chooses to dial since the hash marks don't match up with anything.
