Sunday is steak night for me. I sliced a half inch of yellow squash and two slices of purple onions to put on my gas grill with my tenderloin. I sprayed them with butter flavored Pam. They came out fine. Try it with your spring garden vegetables.

yup - all the above, plus quartered red&yellow bell peppers, whole mushrooms, and whole roma tomatoes all onto the grill (with a side of steamed white rice!). I usually start the veggies first so steak (marinated tenderloin or angus sirloin medallions) turn out med-rare and all done at same time! Yum - making my mouth water!
