3rd annual camping trip with my kiddies, got a little rain on us but we had a blast. To top it off I shot these two birds from my tent (was hunkered down behind it).

Struck the call twice around 8:15am and 9 birds came running, 3 hens, 3 jakes, 2 long beards (dead). They didn't make a sound all morning (was raining and foggy) but once they were on top of my decoy they starting going nutty! They tried to whip up on my killer B decoy so I let them have it. rifle

Gotta shoot em in your camo crocs or it doesn't count. (Have a little regret due to the chiggars confused2)

Check out the beard on this one, I've never seen one like this. It measured 8.25" -- When I saw him (shot him first) I thought it was a double bearded bird...second bird beard measured 9.25" both had 1" spurs. We had to cut the trip short because my girls were getting ill and our tent was full of water but we always have a great time and make the best of it. First year my little guy (2) got to tent camp -- this is the 3rd year in a row for my girls. Definitely a tradition we want to keep, it's a lot of work but well worth it.

"Lucky crocs"strike again. We have to run hunts out of your tent next year. The new version of pop-up blind.
We offer affordable, quality hunting adventures for hogs, turkey, dove, waterfowl, predators, and deer, as well as bowfishing.

My buddy shot a bird this year that had a beard exactly like that. It was a fairly long beard but only about 1/5th of it was there.

Life is too short to remove USB safely.

Congrats, great story as it was based around your kids.
Don't talk the talk if you didn't walk the walk.
