This is the one we make, it has over 9K likes. http://m.allrecipes.com/recipe/23600/worlds-best-lasagna/

We also use just the sauce for spaghetti. I'll have to find the meatball recipe my wife uses, it is by far the best I've ever had

We used to make what I call enchilada lasagna. Instead of lasagna pasta, use flour or corn tortillas as big as your baking dish. I don't have all the directions, but basically use your regular recipe and sub the tortillas. We used to make it for our Boy Scout troop in a dutch oven. Tortilla are easier to pack for a campout than lasagna noodles.

Wife made some the other night and ran short of some sort of cheese so she substituted sour cream. Was different consistency but really good.

Made this a few weeks ago and it was awesome, it will be my go to recipe.

Just realized it's the same recipe from the OP.
