2 spots on 600 acre annual lease with total of 5 hunters

$1500 for annul lease + $200 for electric / water per year
NO GUEST during deer season (property owner's rule not mine) other than non hunting wife. Guest with restrictions outside deer season
No house so you will need shelter to stay in
This is an annual lease so hunter may hunt all game except quail and exotics. Has year round water for duck hunting,and tons of coyotes (after deer season) We have not seen any pigs. This is our second year on the lease.
Has 4 fields planted in oats last year

Does it have hookups for camper?
Kids allowed during or after season?

yes we have a breaker box for your power cord, water that you can run drinking hose to, septic no longer than we are there it runs off the back side of a hill.
Not during deer season, Yes before and after within reason on the kids. they can not run around with guns, drive 4x4 with out you with them.
Deer season starts open day of bow season
We can not take kids during deer season due to previous hunters not controlling there kids
