Q: What are the Muzzle Wear (MW) and Throat Erosion (TE) measurments? If it is possible to specify limits on the MW & TE, how do I do that?

A: These are brand new barrels. They have only been test fired by the manufacturer.

A: Yes

Q: Are they legal for CMP Games competition?

I wouldn't buy it. But if you are into that sort of rifle, go for it.

For milsurps, I prefer the k31 or the swede.

If hits at range are your thing, I could name several better options.

That's about the average. Jump on the CMP forums and serach for them and read. You can also get it cheaper through the CMP: http://thecmp.org/cmp_sales/rifle_sales/creedmoor-rifles-and-accessories/

If you are looking at a replica I'd also look for a Gibbs 03A4 as you can probably find one for about $1000 maybe a little less.
