My cam's getting worn out like me  the LCD screan wont show the setting, whin batteries run down, & have ta reset every thing, i'm working in the dark... Tis my favorete high-tech tool... Enjoy seeimg whats wondering about the woods...

A little over 5" since this morning. It is getting bad up here. According to the radar the bad stuff is still not here. I have been here since 1963 and have never seen it like this at my place. I have some good water gaps but I don't know if they are this good.

I checked the river level at Bandera it shows 13.89 ft flood is 13 ft. I guess Lake Medina is becoming more than a glorified mud hole.

9.4" total. Some fences out. County rd. washed out. Most rain right here in one day since I have been here in 1963.

The projection is that the Medina River will be above flood stage until Thursday. Lake Medina went from 12.4% to just under 20% in one day.

Hope you didn't lose any ibex in all that. None lost that I can tell. Got fence semi cleaned and propped up. 3 tank dams washed out. A real mess.

Actually 4 dams washed out Wow, I guess you need more to do this summer  Is the Black dirt the clay? may have to raise that higher. IIRC, you have your own equipment, or maybe I saw someone elses thread, though it was you though.

Had one blow out that was out in the woods. Pipeline crossed just above it a cpl years back and it's lost a lot of trees on the drain that feeds it so silted up with sand and spillway location shifted on it. Saw there were still a bunch of perch and bull frogs in it. Will be a good project in a month or so.

 I still have not found any clay. I dig down every chance I get and am still getting sand or layers of rock. At least now I won't have to push so far when dozing in the bottom.
