I wish we could bring the remaining white rhinos to south TEXAS I think we could raise them there.

They shot a 3 month old calf because it was in the way. I cant tell you how sick

There are plans to bring breeding groups of rhinos to Texas in the not to distant future. Project 1000 is what they are calling it.

The first group scheduled for here will be in Central Texas on a pretty good sized ranch. From what I have heard the habitat in many areas of Texas is not much different that where they will come from.
