@ 186 acres between Eastland and Cisco. Was leased but did not keep feeders going and nothing was killed. Not going to be a meat lease but a nice getaway and if pens are built and feeders kept running the deer and pigs are in the area. A camera was set up last year and most pictures were at night. The price is $ 3000.00 TOTAL, half now and half August 31st with a MAX of three hunters, but I am ONLY looking for one person to lease to and you will manage YOUR group. You will determine if the group is 1, 2 or 3. Water and electricity are close but not hooked up but could be at your expense.

Cattle? Makeup of surrounding properties? Topography of land? A bit pricey at $/acre w/o at least electric.

Currently there are cattle on the property but not sure how long they will stay. First year lease will be from signing until end of 2015 - 2016 deer season. If you take care of the place it will go year round from there. Not trying to downplay the property but I am not comfortable telling you it as a lease you will see 50 deer every outing. I did talk to the local game warden and he said to feed heavy because there were some good deer just a few miles away. The property is a rectangle with some open area in the middle with mesquite and live oak.

I would be very interested if it were a bit cheaper. That's 16.00 plus per acre where most with good hunting is between 10 to 15 dollars per acre with electric. Let me know if you have some wiggle room and I just might jump on it
