This video is ridiculous...but yes, they HAD to have been raised by humans.

I have raised a few Rios and they would do the same thing, to the point of being a PITA when there is 20 of them or so. I have also had wild ones come real close and hang around, but never to that point, I agree, tame.

When I first started hunting just north of Jayton in both Kent and Stonewall Counties we had turkey that acted just like that. I do not think they had ever been hunted from what I could tell. We put out corn feeders the first year and the deer and turkey would not touch them. The second year you could be checking a feeder and a flock of hens would walk right up to eat corn at your feet. Hunted that ranch for 3 yrs and every turkey I saw was tame like that on 14,000 acres with large neighbors.
