But with any luck I might get back to the old spots from 5+ years ago next season. up

Kinda crazy to think last year's honey holes are under that much water now.

You and me both! What used to be a ˝hr round trip is now 5 hrs!
Don't know what you got 'til it's gone.

My ducks woods should be fully operational this winter......finally get to hunt after missing almost 2 seasons....the lake will hit the full mark sometime today possibly on a noonish time frame with bonus water next week. To bad the Corps prolly won't let the extra water stay in the lake. I love hunting from the woods......

Keep it coming and top it off twice next year. One before teal season, and then the big rains in early Novemeber. That's all I want.

Sure wish tawakoni and RC would fill up like the rest of the lakes around them. And it sure would be nice to see some of the west Texas likes fill up, Hubbard Creek still 31 foot low, and Bridgeport/Arrowhead 20 foot low.

Sorry for all the lake naming, the TFF is rubbing off on me...lol

Not much changed down here since we got god knows how much rain the past couple weeks.

But 1 month ago, what we had was waterless.
