hopefully they got tired of duck hunting and decided to quit so hunting can go back to normal

We are still trying to close on the property in port oconner. That purchase will be a breeze. It is the sale of the other property that is holding up the purchase. We have had to cancel the closing twice. Tuesday is the third and last shot.

Been working on the new duck club camp house and about put in utilities for RV spaces.
Hoping to get it all done before it gets really hot.
Glad to see the rains return although the farmers on the coast are having a hard time getting crops in. Curious to see how our club manager is handling the ponds with all the rain we,ve had. Hold the water or let it go for sraying and discing.

Wayne did you hit the WB at Somerville this year? Miss those 25 limit fish days of filling up the freezer.

Fooshman we are not moving yet. I had to sell a property and to avoid the ridiculously out of line capitol gains taxes. It is a rental.
