Thinking about upgrading from a Mathews Drenalin to the Mathews NoCam bow.

I heard that I might sacrifice some speed if I went with the NoCam, but that the accuracy of that bow is amazing.

What are yall's thoughts? Has anyone shot the NoCam?

I shot one, and it is honestly the smoothest bow I have ever shot. You should shoot one for yourself and draw a conclusion.

I shot one, the draw is for sure different, very smooth, still good speed, make sure it is to your DL.

You will not loose speed. It should be a tad faster then the dren.

I have one and like it a lot so far. I have not shot archery consistently for a few years until I bought the No Cam, so I'm still polishing up some rough edges.

I have no complaints. I'm getting 285ish FPS with 30" draw, 80% let off, 400gr arrows (Carbon Express Maxima Red 350). Could pick up a little more speed if I went to 70% let off or increased DL another half inch.

Thanks everyone for your input. I agree I'd take accuracy and consistency over speed any day. That's what it seems like I would get with the No Cam.

The only thing I don't like about them is that they retail at $2500 in Australia!

I prefer meat in it's original packaging.
