Just wondering if anybody has any experiences using Leasehunter, texasleaseconnection, ect. Is it worth the membership fee or is this just another place to find out there are not as many places to hunt as there are hunters? Thanks Chad

I would imagine that they will be glad to take your money, but if you can't find a lease right here on THF, they most likely won't be able to find one either.

leasehunter is the best IMO - you have to check it regularly but some good leases come up on it

You can also call local chamber of commerces in the areas you are interested, and craigslist will have some listings too. I'd let everyone you know, even non-hunters, know that you are looking for a lease, you never know who might know someone that has an opening. The more different ways you search the better, IMO. Whatever you do check the sites often, be ready to go to view a place at the drop of a hat, and have your money ready to pay quick. The ones worth getting on will go fast. A lot of lease payments are do in the April and May, so now is a good time to be looking. Good luck and be persistent in your search and you'll be able to find something.
