3 mi S. of Moran,TX. looking to fill 3 spots (1 family prefered) and myself for 4 spots total. $1250 ea, total $3750 due at acceptance. Annual Lease runs from Jun 1 through May 31. Children and spouse of the paid hunters are allowed to hunt off paid hunter’s quota (3 deer at this time) Deer, hogs, dove, ducks, coyotes, bobcat, some quail. No turkey hunting at this time. Mostly thick mesquite with some hardwoods along creek beds. Many tanks. Main pasture has many long shooting lanes already cut out. Seperate, gated campsite with Elect & water (well), no septic. Not a "party & atv" lease. If interested, PM me.
