Discuss- it has my interest. Have a Springfield XD 45 and a LCRx 38. Was thinking of adding a 9mm and the specs and design interest me plus I am Czech.

If it fits your hand then go for it. It is a good pistol that has been built for a long time and has provided good service to many many military and police agencies around the world. Hard to go wrong with it.

I personally do not like the grip angle and swell.

I have two of them, plus the Kadet .22 LR kit. Excellent guns, like the fact that they can be carried like a 1911. Made of steel.

It is top quality and a great gun. I had the SP01 Tactical version. I liked it except it was just too big of a gun for me. I would buy a bargain on a P01 if I stumbled onto one.

Just know this. If you don’t like it don’t plan on selling it overnight. Not very many people know anything about them.

I want one in a bad way. Hopefully I'll pick one up this year.

My dad had one and I like it a lot. But it is kind of heavy.

Love my CZ 75's! Like DannyB said, that model is a BIG-Heavy pistol! There are so many versions on that platform if you can't find one that suits you, well I think there may be a problem.

CZ P-09 Review
You might also check out the P-07 or P-09 if you are set on CZ. The P-09 is the most accurate factory handgun that I've ever fired.

I had a TZ 75 (Tanfoglio?) version 20+ years ago. Great pistol and built like a tank and never a problem. Very heavy though.

I have the version that has the decocker, instead of the safety. It is very accurate and reliable. If it fits your hand, go for it. You will not be disappointed.

You also might want to look at some of the clones. I have two Canik clones and they are absolutely as nice as the CZ Rami I once owned. Tangfoglio, Canik, Tristar (rebranded Canik), EEA all make respected CZ clones.

As far as I am concerned it is the definitive 9mm pistol. Accurate to a fault and boringly reliable. I replaced my front sight with a Tru Glo fiber optic and it is just plain fun to shoot. Recoil is negligible.

I have 2 75Bs. A blued one and a glossy stainless. They are outstanding. As accurate as any handgun I have had in my hand. Truly a quality piece. Essentially a Czech Browning Hi power. Would not let them go for anything

It is the most cloned hand gun in the world for a reason! I guess maybe 2nd most cloned if you count the 1911. I love my CZ 75 and want to add its big brother the CZ 97 in 45 auto to my collection soon!

I feel it's the best 9mm made. I've had my CZ-75B for 4 years and couldn't be happier.

It's also the gun I use to teach others how to shoot. I'll never get rid of it smile

Might even get a second later...stainless maybe wink
