 Bison filet, topped with blue cheese compound butter, roasted garlic, roasted onions, grilled asparagus, gold yukon potatoes with plenty of butter, baby bellas sauteed with shallots, garlic, and red wine.  Possibly the best creation I've ever concocted. Sourdough bread, thick cut bacon, smoked gouda, pepper jack, toad in a hole style top bread lightly fried with a runny yolk, so when you cut it the yolk runs all over the bacon and cheese.

One of so many reasons. I swear if I was wanted and some one looked at my bank statement and food pics on my phone they would be searching for a 400 pound broke man at a cafe somewhere.

Sandwich wasn't too bad but this bad boy was. The Boomstick at Rangers ballpark 2' long 2 pounds but I got it done.
