Awesome job. I know I may regret it later, but I ordered an angel eye mini DVR to record my hunts. Can't wait for it to come in and see how it works.

Awesome job. I know I may regret it later, but I ordered an angel eye mini DVR to record my hunts. Can't wait for it to come in and see how it works. I bought mine off ebay for about 75.00 a few years ago. If I let it sit for over a month, it will lose the date and time (as you can see in the video...LOL!) but charges back up via USB on the PC and still will record for a good while with a 16Gb add on card. I bought a cheap DVR camera mike and power it with a 9v battery - it works OK but not great. I have the Angel Eye set to turn on and start recording with the included remote so I just put the unit in a small cell phone carrier and strap it on the gun and turn on/off with the remote but put some tape or a caver over the blue LED - that sucker is bright and blinks. I have used the one I have on this Photon 5X, a Pulsar Recon 550 hand scanner and my N750 and it recorded well on all of them.

I went and watched some of your other hunts on YouTube. I was cracking up at how many shots y'all fired at the smaller pigs. Those little pigs are either very tough, or hard to hit.  Looks like the Angel Eye DVR works pretty well for the money.
