Tigger,
Are there accommodation's on here? Dog kennels?
How open is the country? What are guest rules? Did you hunt here last year, if so, how was it?

Very huntable, lodging and kennels being negotiated, No I did not hunt there last year. 1 guest per trip and must hunt with member. Familiar with property from prior years however area has not had huntable numbers for several years until last year when birds increased but was not hunted.
