Well that's a new one (to me anyway). Looks fantastic. So, did you batter fry the fish chunks and then toss with the sauce?

Well that's a new one (to me anyway). Looks fantastic. So, did you batter fry the fish chunks and then toss with the sauce? Egg yolk, soy sauce and corn starch marinade/batter. Fry in peanut oil then stir fry ginger, garlic and peppers. Then add fish and sauce. Stir fry that for a second and last add chives and sesame oil.
