 year round lease in southern Karnes county

Looking for two leasers for 115 acres on the county line in southern Karnes county, a few miles east of highway 181. Dove,deer, varmits and hogs, sometimes turkeys. It is about 50 percent mature brush and the rest open with some scrub brush. Please PM for more information.
